How do I resize an image to specific dimensions?

What passport photo sizes are supported?
ToolZico includes presets for US passport (600x600px), 35x45mm, 2x2 inches, and other common passport photo dimensions worldwide. You can also enter custom pixel dimensions.
Can I resize multiple images at once?

Does resizing affect image quality?
